How to work with web page of the company?
How to: Add/Edit/Delete (service or good)?
Entering the “Goods” tab user should push the “Add the good” button. After this user should complete empty margins (information about product). Margins with (*), for obligatory completion.
Use the same method while adding your service. “Service” tab.
If you want you can Edit or Delete any product or service.
How to: Add/Edit (Pictures)?
Pushing the “Image Gallery” tab User can load 10 pictures. If you want you can Edit or Delete any pictures in “Image Gallery”.
How to: Add/Edit (News)?
You should push the “Add News” button to add the new information to the “News” tab. If you want you can Edit or Delete any piece of news. Also you can choose any information to Edit.
How to create Vacancy?
Pushing the “Vacancy” tab User can add new vacancy. User should complete empty margins. Margins with (*), for obligatory completion.
How to load Price-List/Logo?
Entering the “About company” tab user should push the “Edit” button. You should push the “Browse” button to load Price-List and Logo from your computer.
Other opportunities of Addition and Editing of the company information on business-portal.
Under the head “Contact Information” you can find tabs: “Branches” and “Essential Elements”. Entering these tabs you can give more information about your company and also check this information.
How to Subscribe to a distribution?
Using the Business-Online Distribution you’ll know about price-lists and goods. You should write your e-mail and distribution categories. The information about goods and services of chosen categories will arrive on your e-mail.
User’s rating – What is that? What end?
User’s rating - Number value from opinion of users about their partner. Under user’s name (just registered) we see - 0 +//- . You can characterize: pushing “+” – positively or pushing “-“– negatively.
Recommendations for users/companies – What is that?
User’s rating it’s a totality of partners’ recommendations on user’s page. Pushing the “Recommend” user should choose the partners from his list (for mark out).
You can use the same method to recommend companies.
Also User will see on own page the partners who “Recommend” him.
If the User collects a large quantity of recommendations, many users will know about him from these partners.
Rating of the companies - What is that?
The most active users of Business-Online can find oneself on the Main page of Business-Online portal (TOP-TEN). Using the maximum number of services both free-of-charge and paid (full information about your company, staff, goods, services, partners; banner and written advertising) you will increase your chances to find oneself on the main page. The Company-Champion will represent with Logo. Some operation factors which influence the rating:
Complete details: +125
Logo availability: +75
Price-list availability: +100
About company (more than 500 characters): +50’
Availability of commodities or service: +75
Availability of news (for the last 3 month): +50
Availability of picture in Image Gallery: +25
How to become an Administrator of the company?
After registration on the portal user automatically become an administrator of the company. If the user deletes personal advertisement – his company will stay in any event. Administrator of the portal will assign a new company administrator (from the staff).
How to: Add/Delete an Advertisement?
You can leave your message (available to anyone) using the “Advertisements” tab. Themes: “Buy”, “Sell”, “Miscellanea”, “Looking for the partners”. You should push the “Add” button, complete empty margins (margins with (*), for obligatory completion) and push the “Add” button below. To Edit or Delete: use the “Edit” and “Delete” buttons.
How to: Up Goods/Service in general list of Goods/Services?
You can Up your Goods/Service in general list no more than 2 times per day. Using the “Goods/Service” tab you should push the “Up Goods/Up service” buttons.
